Will they be deemed - the oppies that is - to have become in the money so-to-speak and hence could be converted??

I've not been in that situation before so perhaps you or some else with the knowledge could enlighten me?

I think with so many wells potentialy to be drilled as hori's now then a JV with Halli would be the best outcome for us.
