Has anyone come up with a firm opinion on who the JV partner might be?
I'm still leaning towards our as yet un-named partner in the EF. Unusual for the operator not to be named; why would that be confidential?
Then again Haliburton is a possibility; obviously we have been working closely with them these past months and GGP gave them unusual praise in the recent update.
Thoughts anyone?
