This is probably a stupid question but I have not studied geology.
If this deposit is in fact "super-giant" wouldn't it follow that they (i.e. BHP) would have already discovered from the same sort of aero-mag survey that discovered Cannington? Or is it possible that is was hidden?? I find hard to imagine that an orebody of this nature could be hidden in this day and age in such a well developed mining jurisdiction as western Queensland.
This is probably a stupid question but I have not studied...
