    I had a quick look at the financial report. Net operating profit after tax of $120.2 million in line with guidance. revaluation losses of $14.0 million ONLY in the second half across the $2.0 billion portfolio. NTA per security of $0.68 (ALZ is currently trading at more than 50% discount!!!). Very low gearing of 25.4%. Strong liquidity position and the expected DPS 4.1c for 2010.
