the directors are on the record as having gone crook at companies not paying out all the available franking credits, which have value to the investors.

wonder if this is a case of do what i say, & not do the same for their own alf investors.

problem with the alf directors not being properly independent & sucking up to the manager & looking to increase the size of the fund & massively increase the management fee to their manager mate.
