what to expect

Now that I'm locked in eddie I wonder what upside outcomes exist given that the downside is a pretty obvious one.

I was pondering the other day on the following possibility :

1 the company returns from suspension and trades
2 the company announces a toll treating deal with a local without a CIL plant
3 the deal the company has struck is simple. Invest $X to upgrade the CIL plant to 750kt per annum and we will treat 350kt per annum at cost. This leaves the company with capacity to continue treating low grade material with substantial baseline processing costs already met

The deal involves no transfer of equity to the other party.

WATPAC are happy as they continue to hold charge over the assets until such time that they are paid. In this respect the company pulls an ACE out from under it's sleeve and declares ALPHA a success. WATPAC debt is retired by Christmas and A1 get charge of it's plant and assets back.

Meanwhile A1 updates it's reserves and resouces and declares minable ore to the north.

Anyway that is the positive thinking I have right now. Not much more for me to about now just wait.
