I am going to Buy more buy now you mentioned wakefield spud. Thanks for reminding us that a discovery in the cooper basin will mean an automatic 100% increase in BUY'S shareprice. Beach must be confident being the operator to let BUY fund the drilling and give BUY an additional 17.78% of the pie on top of BUYs 5.5%. Beach only have 130 million in the bank so they probably didn't have enough money to drill it themselves. Maybe they didn't want to make too much money and give buy some free reserves.
Anyways they are targeting 11 million barrels from 8 reservoirs. Apparently BUYs 23.78% is worth another $64 million to the market cap. Must be some high quality oil but thanks for letting me know bello. I think I will buy some beach petroleum as well cause they should go up 100% on a discovery at wakefield. Beach may takeover BUY after this discovery as they want the want the lucrative sydney basin pep11.
