Australian stocks are set to open lower on Wednesday, driven down by financial stocks after concerns about the health of U.S. banks knocked Wall Street, while lower metal prices could weigh down on miners.
The release of Australia's June quarter gross domestic product data, due at 11:30 a.m.!!! would be closely watched by investors to gauge the strength of the economy.
Hmmm…it looks like BUY will open lower, probably between 10-10.5c and this afternoon we should see some recovery.
