it is opposite Rebecca. The early approval process is only for rare diseases as defined by less than 200,000 in the US. What I remember is it is important to have treated enough patients for reliable safety data. Sometimes they require a post approval P3. There is even a possibility of approval right out of phase 2. if the results of 201 are spectacular.
