    My dealings with small start up companies which have just aquired a plot of dirt and put out a prospectus to gain investors.
    They start with the prefeasibility study with geo reports, environmental impacts etc etc.
    Then the arguments start amongst these "actors", CEO, directors etc. These arguments cost money and soon enough they run out of money and are calling on investors to bump up more cash.
    These actors are no different to lawyers where arguments are costly but in this case the arguments are self serving, the more arguments the more they get paid. Its a joke and the investors are the laughing stock.
    It is very rare to get genuine actors like Twiggy Forrest so my best advice is just avoid them!
