Tell me - how did WEC have a mcap of $1200 million when they had zip...and the thermal coal price was about $70 as opposed to the $120 now...

I watched WEC go from 10c to $1.20 within a week due to having Major Backers in BHP and shares tightly held amongst the top 40 .

thought i missed the chance to invest as was not up to date /or enough research to get in ... then it passed $2 enter PEABODY MOU/ and plant commencement and shares go beyond $3.

ECT just needs a major backer that the market institutions can quantify.
IMO LYP will need to be involved with Alcoa to meet its carbon reduction agreement commencing 2014 and endorse/and fund a coldry plant at LYP.

time frame is set august 2012.

then there is inner mongolia ... a major backer in shenhua group OR datang, will have ECT on the institutions radar , BUT the all important DFT needs to be completed and funded.
