Investment view – Change to Spec Buy We have reviewed our price target derivation and cut the contribution from the KSC JV given the risks highlighted today. The valuation of the other projects remains unchanged. Our price target has fallen to $1.40 from $3.50/sh. Given today’s fall in the share price there remains upside to this revised price target. Longer term the stock could be worth considerably more if each application is successful, but it is too early to attribute value to this upside. We have changed our rating to Spec Buy from Buy. We believe that the technology works, but the commercial application of the technology is yet to be proven.
