WEC once had a market cap of $1B based on a plant that was meant to produce 1m tonnes of coal. Commercially that has not been proven yet.
Assuming ESI signs a deal with an entity that also promises to produce not one but TWO million tonnes of coal, what will ESI's market cap be?
Maybe not $2B...but probably significantly more than today's market cap - which is only $7m.
