Hi everybody, I'm pretty new to investing and my first investment was peak resources. Quite risky but eh.

In the upcoming vote, what is in my (and the average shareholder's) in this vote? Also, how do we go about doing it? I have an extremely small piece o the pie and bought around a k of shares in them at about 7 and a bit cents. Hopefully it holds steady. I'm extremely confident in the long run. It'll be dug up at some point. Not so much in the short term though (next few years).

I am an environmental engineering student and this mine site seems like the cream of the crop when it comes to untapped REE mines. But this vote move by the board sounds a little bit shonky.

I'm inclined to vote no as it doesn't appear that the management has done much to justify an increase in their shares. Would doing so also devalue mine?

Any personal predictions or research available on the future of this company too?
