I'm trying to look at this objectively as possible when one is a holder and this is what I consider for my own speculation.

I could be wrong, but I don't really see much happening over the next 6 weeks until the next Court Date mention at the start of May. Hopefully then we may see a hearing date set.

Queensland State coffers are allegedly low and they are allegedly selling off asset/s to pay down debt. But that's another story. I only mention it as a precursor to that IMO there being little chance of a monetary compensation agreement being reached with CXY should they (QLD G) throw their hands up and concede fault. That is unless CXY are willing to settle for whatever is offered.

For myself I expect both parties to go through the motions until a hearing. That's my speculation anyway.

UCG Policy announcement by QLD Gov. I expect this to be sooner than later this year. However I would like to see some clarification by new management as to CXY's ability and licensing rights to utilize UCG technology. Quite frankly, for myself that is quite a large elephant in the room that needs such clarification. Although the CXY website still expounds CXY as a 'diversified' energy company which includes UCG.
