Hi Tom. I am a shareholder of CSE and I was wondering whats your take on the recent share price deflation. Is it justified? Is CSE so speculative that people don’t want to touch it? I was hoping it would have stood up better than some of the others.

I am also disappointed in the share price.

Possible reasons are:

Pending Teck (Cominco) decision – this inhibits our ability to push too hard on a full feasibility study because Teck may be paying

Few new results – the visuals on the deep Chloe hole were great – however people like to wait for the numbers

Lack of cash – people suspect that we’ll be raising money and this is always negative for the sp.

So what are we doing? Drilling lots, pressing Teck for a decision and trying to preserve cash.

In a running sense, CSE looks better than ever. Sometimes the sp doesn’t reflect this. Maybe today? Maybe in a few months with a lot of good results and a promotion campaign?
