It will be interesting to see if Turnbull's appointment will result in a leadership challenge in the Labor Party.
If the Turnbull-led LNP suddenly surges to a lead in the polls, it will put Shorten under leadership pressure, and will possibly result in a leadership challenge by Plibersek, which I believe would be a good thing.
