a lot is tanking at present on fear, Washington Mutual has folded (biggest bank failure in US history), JPM buying up some of the cheap assets today. Also the politics being played out in US over bailout will prolong the pain and creat uncertainty.
Trade the market that is unfolding at present.
I don't think we will see 20's in cvn, but I have been well wrong on this before, it all depends on who and why they hold cvn.
Over the weekend it may all be sorted out in washington, but I would not bet my house on it!!!
I have bought some more short termers today, then I heard about the WAMU failure and shenanegins in Washington, so I may take a hit on my buys today.
