Who knows, maybe China has cornered the market on tankers willing to flaunt sanctions. There are limits to the amount of oil Russia can export east.

There is good will towards US, against Russia, around the world. There are few safe ports for Russian owned super yachts. Most are arresting the yachts first and asking for proof of ownership second.

Russia is in a bad place.
