Agree the CR was ridiculous. Should have been done at the time of results or realising the market didn't understand them, shortly after. We could have had about 165M less shares on issue if they had.
PYC also did a ridiculous CR at 1c I recall with options.. big dilution.
The market is fickle.. one day they will get on the dxb story and push it to 5 or even 10c when it's probably only worth 2-3c. That's the market- it ain't always right; but it is the market so you're right- if we want to transact we have to meet it.
A licensing deal with Chemocentrx is still very much on the cards..
Management does need to do much better educating the market on the value of a positive FSGS orphan approval. Hopefully they will at their meetings this month.
