Alembic, I utterly concur. I haven't been able to reach Commsec at all today either. I just called them and of course had to endure the usual annoying menu options followed by their message that 'In order to maintain our high standard of customer care .....' etc etc. At least I did succeed in getting my call answered which I wasn't necessarily expecting. They got a bit of an earful in reply to their lame excuse for the busyness of their server - a mere 3% correction. They're 'working on it' of course. I asked how they thought it would fare in a real crash. No comment but I was assured that my concerns would be passed on to 'management'. So that's all comsuck could offer. And I still can't log on. Hopeless.
