The SomnoMed MAS is more expensive than TAP. Last night was my first night with it. I really liked it. No discomfort; I can open and close my jaw, fits tight, and I think I will be able to get this one out further. I am at 6 mm right now. I can get it out to 10-12 my dentist says. I slept decent last night. Feel pretty good today.
