The biggest promblem IMHO is that far too many people will believe the report even though it is a fabrication with no facts
While we have a pathetic government which thinks that if they appease the ratbags they will stay in power, consequently they will continue to throw money around for their own benefit even if none of it is their money or their hidden paymasters money
