The smart gurus are sitting back and crunching the numbers - future forecasting year-on-year growth. BRN & IMU have M/C's & intrinsic valuations through the roof! WHEN the company starts to deliver increased revenue it better be by hundreds of millions overnight.
The funny aspect about the market is people will look at BRN and say, Holy Moly we are cheap. Then they look at SMN and say Holy Moly SMN is bloody expensive on every metric! BRN is earning 20k and is worth every cent upwards of $1.6 billion M/C BUT SMN at $114 million How the F**k can anyone justify that? That's the market for you guys. Just like tits on a bull!
That's why I crunch the numbers. SMN will be north of $12 in under 4 years, which will draw level with the likes of BRN & IMU in their current M/C.
$ Some companies take a little more time to reach their intrinsic true value. Unfortunately, many will never be around to see it, they will be way too busy chasing the BRN & IMU of the world. Nothing wrong with that, just a little frustrating when a business is growing year on year through innovation and acquisitions that most can never see it until is way too late.
