I don't deny there will be shareholders just waiting to exit upon approval of the APB. Other's including me are of the belief that the APB will be a far easier application of CVM to sell, simply because the airlines recognise the cost benefits, let alone the accompanying safety resulting.
The commercialisation of CVM upon APB approval is therefore most probable (as already reflected in the initial, Nov 2022, purchase order by Delta Airlines agreement to install sensors - which bears far more substance than the generalisation of an anonymous poster on HC).

So it's up to you to decide what you consider the best future course of investment in SMN for yourself. Any generalisation beyond that is questionable, and suggests to me an ulterior motive.
