I agree with jiangsen, I don`t see any oversupply of China in the near future. At least for their own resources... My concerns are more focused on another big player with unknown potential: Russia. The REE-market would get a serious problem if they would be able to export all their REE to China, where the smelter industry already has over-capacities in terms of processing.
