So as a Cassini owner I will give my Cassini shares to OZ Minerals and in return receive:
- OZ Minerals shares (1x OZL : 68.5 CZI)
- 1c for every CZI share I hold
- 1 Caspin share for every CZI share I hold (or some ratio to be determined)

If this is the case, what value do you ascribe to the Caspin shares?
The assets that make up the new Caspin company are:
- Yarawindah Brook
- Mount Squires
- Cash
Is it too early to determine a value as we have not yet seen the prospectus for Caspin before it lists onto the ASX?
I also thought that the 1c per CZI share we are receiving is coming from Cassini's cash balance. If so, how much does that leave Caspin with as a cash balance when it lists? Is it the remainder after the 1c is paid out? Is that enough money for the newly listed Caspin to operate and not go back for a cap raise within a year?
Just wondering what value a newly listed Caspin would be if it is just Cassini without WMP and the 1c cash payout?
