It all depends on the value that is assigned to Caspin's assets (leases, IP and $500k). They are effectively free for existing/new shareholders at the current market prices of CZI and OZL.
Assume SOI pre-raise of 20m (440m/22), asset valuation of $3m and we raise a further $3m. That gives you a raise @ 15c, SOI post-raise of 40m, MC $6m, EV $3m. You take your entitlement to Caspin shares and multiply them by 15c. If you think that's cheap, you can sell all your OZL, take your cash and throw it all into Caspin. The point is - it doesn't matter if it's 15c or 10c or 20c on open because it's currently free.
