Ah Yes, there's $500,000 cash included. I've confused myself about the transfer of IP and staff from CZI to Caspin. Can someone with experience of these things help with how this works? Do staff of CZI become staff of OZL by execution of the takeover, or do they remain with Caspin, or split along project lines?
