if FRG have some 70 million shares fully diluted, and they are trading at $1.20 (market cap $84 mill)
They own some cattle country in NSW and have $ 3 million
or so in the bank ( 4 cents a share assett backing)
The crown deal is out in the public forum now for some weeks, and their sp is at $1.20 does it not stand to reason that the frg shareholders value the crown deposit at at least 3 times what they have offered, and with the risk of missing out entirely obviously way higher .
maybe the land they own in nsw is the next Pilbara
I think if this deal gets knocked back by lyc share holders we will see exactly what price the prospects in nsw are worth
