The last 4 million shares that IHG hold in Tafmo have been released from Escrow. IHG has 16 million of these that were nominally valued at $0.50 when issued. Tafmo has increased its number of terminals from 1900 and now has at least 5,000 of the things, it has also signed a licence with Austria for a rollout there. If the $0.50 value for Tafmo is correct Tafmo comprises 27% of IHG's worth, which doesn't value the rest of the terminal business very highly at all. Any ideas on how we can value what tafmo at out there with a 250% growth in the number of terminals are they worth more than $0.5. If they are then Intellect is way undervalued.
