    Yes and no.

    I know the history of these guys...have been very careful myself...but this is a little different.

    With the YRR spin-off, you can almost ignore GPN, as arguably, the value of the spin off equates the the current share price.

    Frankly, the uranium assets are neither here nor there for me just yet...in fact, I woudn't be surprised to see another acquisition on this front prior to the IPO?

    The vanadium assets however are very good; with obvious upside and an increasing vanadium price, this may eventually prove the real company maker?

    As for GPN...the gold assets are actually reasonable as well...certainly value there, but not sure how much the market is prepared to place on them given what we currently know...as such, expect more info here pre/post IPO.

    I agree however, a very risky play...but with the current market interest for all things gold, uranium, vanadium, etc...at just 2c per share ($15m market cap) it's probably not as risky as some?
