Mark, I reckon Natalie is the woman who worked for OH at Ox - she got married and changed her name. (Silly thing for a professsonal woman to do in my opinion). If it is her, she is pretty good (or was when OH was her boss!)

Which raises the question - "How would OH have handled yesterday's PH annpouncement and today's bank extension announcement if he was MD?"
