Only 2 weeks ago no one wanted bank stocks even with the ridiculous yields on offer.
I bought BEN at $8.45 giving a yield of 11.3% in my SMSF and now it is $9.00 ex dividend and most of the other banks are also up even thought they will pay dividends in July they will pay good dividend yields
I know there is a long way to go but as my broker always tells me don't listen to the static and buy good companies ,this has served me well over the last 30 years and even if you don't get the timing quiet right at least you don't pay top dollar for your shares and you can average down.
