    The thing is - if you look at the last presentation, CBH is in good shape - cash in the bank, and access to 40million for future development.

    They have Rasp...don't need a lot more in cash to get this into production and then Panorama after that. The future is looking bright.

    Why would the company even contemplate the Nyrstar offer - unless they were using it as a New Year's party joke?
