Any deal done with regards to gas feedstock to FL will be out of LNGs control once AOE get control of FL.
I think this is also why AOE wanted total control as now Shell have the ability to takeover AOE and stop FL. With LNG still having some control and contracts in place, Shell would be hamstrung in this regard. I think this is in fact the other reason why this TO has happened now.
I have e-mailed LNG to clarify this statement with regards to contractual obligations to supply FL with gas.
If FL will never be the size that Shell want with Curtis, then why would they proceed with FL over Curtis..
