This has just been a political show trial on a child.
There's no such thing as a non-lethal firearm. If he knew anything about weapons he'd know:
1) Assume every weapon is loaded - even if there's no mag and you've racked it, pulled the trigger, and racked it again
2) Never point a weapon at anything you don't intend to kill.
He showed he knows way less than the person he's accusing of being deadly with a firearm.
Give a lefty a firearm and innocents die, as Baldwin demonstrated. Still no charges for him ... amazing.
