While it's early days, I think Oro Verde looks very promising. Some of these grades are spectacular, although we don't know much about thickness yet.
From what little I know, deposits like this with high grades in veins are not easy to capture in a JORC-compliant mineral resource estimate, and likewise, the NI-43-101 estimate may not have done Topacio any favours. Nonetheless, such deposits can be very profitable to mine. Have a look at Orinoco Gold (OGX) for example. They intend to start mining at their Cascavel project next year, where they have had even higher grades than OVL, but to the best of my knowledge, they have no JORC MRE.
And now, with a project like Topacio and a major like Newcrest on board (although, as has been pointed out here, Newcrest are only dipping their toes in for now), OVL sitting at 4 million market cap seems overly pessimistic and to me totally undervalues the potential of this deposit.
