I don't think that a retiring long-serving MD would be selling out at this point in his tenure. It doesn't make sense.
If the guy had lived and breathed the company for so long, he would have absolute faith in it, and see his retirement as being based on the company's continued success.
I don't believe that we will see any Insiders' Trading data supporting what has happened since yesterday's meeting.
