I agree with their view.... market dont seem to agree tho....
I don't understand why they can't promote a section leader (i.e. GM of Minelab) to become the CEO, wouldn't internal candidates be more familiar with the Codan culture and the company in general?
Oh well, hopefully Alf is up to the task... the Chairman seems to know what he is doing... hopefully he is right
