Mathan is a smart guy but i would have also commented on the recent acquitsions. I felt that buying 2 used companies in competitive markets that moved from owners to owners over the years may not have been the best oppunity for growth available.
Maybe one company from private equity and then a new company .There are numberous companies around at different stages of the their journey freshed up with new technology specialising in remote data transfer and comuncations. Maybe this maybe the reason for the current down cycle. "Lack of adventure" or imagination.
