Going back a year, MLS reckoned that the reason why "Mile 72' had not been renewed was simply because of re-organisation / delays in the Namibian Dept of Mines.

MLS specifically stated that 'they were not aware that any other Party was claiming any interest in 'Mile 72'.

MLS maintained these views right up to the 'bombshell' in January when a writ arrived on their desk.

MLS then claimed .... well, yes, the litigant had come banging on their door in the past reckoning he was the rightful holder of 'Mile 72' .... but they had thought he had 'gone away'.

MLS now believed the claims to be without basis / frivilous. They believed the claim could well be 'thrown out if it got to Court', & got some lawyers who believed MLS had a strong case ....

Then at the initial hearing the Claimant filed detailed information regards his case .... so a bit more delay to digest this .... But MLS's Lawyers still confident ....

So a 3-day hearing last week.

If the Judge didn't throw the Claim out, then I would take it that it must have some merit after all.

    The Judge is deliberating?

Public holiday or not in WA, MlS should be 'on deck' with an announcement regards last week's hearing. The ASX is trading & what was said in Court is known by some ....
