A weekly XJO chart showing RSI divergence is in the process of forming. Still a little early but is a good sign for the bulls. If the lower line holds a second time it might be time to go long.
The text books will tell you that it has to at least touch 30 for it to be divergence, but I'm happy if it gets close.
