I really don't get it. It's 18.5 mill to rent a plant... also they are spending 8 mill to upgrade it.
That is like 24.5mill in value... just to rent this crappy plant, which has been on maintenance and costing buckets....
after 3 years, we would have a plant to process lithium from nearby tenants, etc.... seriously don't understand....
24.5mill is like half the value of POS.
