    Some of my reasons why I bought into MXR, very simple:

    - Potential 1.7-3.0 billion tonnes of magnetite. That's just one out of 5 blocks.
    - Drilling to confirm in May ( Not long at all)
    - Next door to Windimurra Vanadium Limited (WVL)
