Based on that issue TAS isn't far off it's pre-spike
price is it?
They raised $1.8 mill so with 87 mill shares that slightly
over 2c a share in cash going forward. At today's
close of 11.5c that makes an effective 9.5c(pre spike)
with a premium for a possible bounce(IMHO).
