Yes Kempeman, I agree totally with your comments and I actually expected something in the dispatches today.

Just on the point of a failure with the SPP, I am not so sure a failure will signal a drop.

Remember that the farm-out or sale of part of Niobrara will deliver both share price stability and the funds required.

There have been plenty of posters here that insisted the SPP was unnecessary IMO, the update of Niobrara, so long as positive, will bring the short term gains.
