57 cents is likely.
Although, I still rate 60 cents as a 50:50 outcome to overcome any resistance on the parrt of the shareholders.
3 cents a share is not even money to them Chinese.
It would be a nice gesture of goodwill to SDL shareholders since ASIC is still digging into their dirt.
