Also suspect that if we are hearing about any delay in bits and pieces then it has already been some time...anyway isn't SLX exporting not importing...also, what Expo said was very reminiscent of the USEC issue when there were delays as a result of USEC using back channels to impede SLX - after USEC removed themselves from JV that is.
