I think, regardless, the stock was oversold and chances are there will be an improvement on the gold reserves at SH. 2cents is very reasonable for the value of the tenements at present. It is definitely not a P&D, but rather an investment in an undervalued stock.
Whether or not it is overly sensitive, I feel comes down to directors playing down any possible leak, coupled with the price movement that has already occurred.
